Function module POPUP_TO_CONFIRM with diagnose_object

Hi,

I want to use function module POPUP_TO_CONFIRM with a diagnose_object. How can I create a new diagnose object with textlines? I know this diagnose object is stored in Table DOKTL (associated tables DOKIL, DOKHL).

Is there a Tcode I can use to populate these tables?
