It doesn't work when setting the ivew height in homepage

Hello everybody,

I encounter a problem in prd portal.when I set the ivew's height in homepage ,It didn't work when I refreshed the page.But It was normal in  preview.Then I tried to change the sequence of the view .It's fixed in column 3. Then I change it to column 1.But after saving it wasn't changed.

Can anybody  help me ? Thank you very much.

Can you please share any screenshot regarding the issue? And also try to set the Height type as Automatic for the iView/ Page.
