Processor Input assistance disappears

Hello everybody,

Unfortunately I experienced another bug in the solman incident mngt system.

When I create a new incident the systems asks me to select a processor. Once I have selected one from the input assistance list the field shows the selected person, BUT it changes then to a drop-down field where I can find the last 3 names I have selected in prior incidents.

Therefore, I am not able to recall the input assistance list or even change the processor because then the system dumps as described in

Where is the initial input assistance characteristic of this field gone?!

Can anyone help?

I solved this issue:

The Supportteam field was hidden in my view and the drop-down menu was related to this field.

If you want to disable this behaviour you can do that. Maintain below entries

IM_RESPONSIBLE_REL_ENABLE      X

(remove this entry or maintain other relevant entry)

in ags_work_custom table.
