Error while printing Tiff Document from DIR

Hi Friends,

We are experiencing one strange behavior while trying to print with plotter  the Tiff Document from the DIR.

We can save the tiff to desktop and plot properly but if we try to print with plotter directly opening the image within SAP , it gives the following error.

It is happening only with few users. Other users ( having same roles as these users ) dint have this issue.

Did anyone came across this kind of error anytime ? What causes it ?

Any update on this is highly appreciated.

Please note : This happens when I make the plotter as default and then try to print from SAP. If I change the default to regular printer and try to print the tiff document by selecting plotter in printer settings, it prints in regular printer !

could you please tell us which parameter is used in transaction DC30 for the used Application at "Define workstation application in network".
