Hi Roland,
Is the font used in the original report available on your machine? Based on how different the header is, it looks like the original was using a font you may not have. So Windows is substituting a different one. This would explain why the fonts are larger.

i have my CR and Visual Studio and in dont need to update them.

WOW. Time to throw all of those old1997 reports out and start over....
You can use CR for VS and Visual Studio .NET 2010 or above and download it from here:

XI R2 support ended 5 years ago....
