Quantity showing in ls24 in pick quantity but no open transfer order exists in sap wm

Hello,

We are having an issue where there are no open TOs for the material but there is quantity showing in pick quantity in transaction LS24.

When we click on that pick quantity to display the TO then it shows the TO which is already confirm with some 12 Quantity.

Hi

Have you run LT24 for this material to ensure that there are no more open TO's

This screen shows us that there is 27 pieces waiting to be picked and I would be surprised if there is no TO's

I cant think of another reason why this screen would show this, you could also run LT22 for this bin to see what TO's have been created and confirmed

Hi Manish / Frenchy,

As I told that there are no open TOs as we have checked this in all the transactions and there is nothing pending to pick with any open TO.

We will raise this to SAP as there may be the chances of table update failure during TO confirmation.

Also make sure to check the IM and WM stock.

Even if you will raise this with SAP they will ask whether you want to make it zero or you want corresponding reduction in  IM if there is a mismatch in between IM & WM

Hi Manish,

We raised to SAP and they have suggested below:

In SE38 enter below program.

RLQCHECK - which shows inconsistencies between quants and transfer orders

Enter warehouse number and storage type and execute.

SAP replied that they will correct the inconsistencies.

Did you check your WM and IM stock  is that matching ?

What is the purpose of Storage type GI ? What activity do you carry forward

Have a look on all the TO for the storage type GI using LT26

If after all analysis you are sure that there is no open TO / difference in IM / WM stock and still stock is reflecting in the pick quantity column only in system this means table update failed during TO confirmation. My suggestion is raise an OSS note with SAP
