Live office taking long time to refresh data.

Hi,

Live Office is taking too much time to refresh data in Dashboard. It is  nearly 1 hour and end with REST timed out error.

Configuration :-  4.1 SP6 BI platform, Dashboard 4.1 SP6, LiveOffice 4.1 SP6, MS Office Standard 2010. Oracle11g

This Dashboard has 25 WebI Report connections.  Maximum length of data rows  is 1500.

I can fetch Same Webi report within a fraction of seconds in New_Test Dashboard but not in the existing one.

Please share  solutions.

How many Queries Connections are refreshing before components are loaded?

Hello Zair,

The dashboard has 27 queries & its loading within a minute while opening in Launchpad!

But when we try to refresh the data in excel it takes more than an Hour!

No data is being refreshed while opening the dashboard client tool!
