copy of SPO and copying data from spo to another SPO in sap BI

How to copy an exitsing SPO and the data to the new copy SPO??

And when extracting data from and SPO , what needs to be used Outbound infosource or SPO itself??

Hi,

Just right click the existing SPO and click copy. It will create a new spo. Direct SPO is to be used to create transformation. It will automatically create transformation with inbound and outbound DS. and then you can copy the data based on partition.

There is no such option as copy , only option available for copying when you are copying it is copy data transfer process and I guess that is copying the DTPs for it

Create a New SPO and give template as your old SPO Name. I think that would work.
