SRMNXP Catalog Views

Hi all,

i am trying to configure catalog views for the srmnxp shoppingcart. Therefor i created a view and assigned a web service, where i uploaded catalog-data with the "CATALOG_VIEW" addition in the json-file. After indexing the data, everything looks fine in ESH_COCKPIT, but the views doesn't work.

I would be glad if someone could share their experience with SRMNXP Catalog Views.

Hi Jacob,

we had to activate "Display Catalog Name presented by vendors in Search Results" in the customizing of "SAP SRM User Interface Add-on" under "Enable Enhanced Search".

We were not able to find out the reason why the checkbox has to be checked...in my opinion it is an error that this checkbox has such an effect to the view-functionality or it is not documented enough. We found out that this checkbox is necessary after hours of debugging the standard code for displaying search results...

I found the exact samething yesterday. Since I found that note 2224154 fixes the problem
