Fiori Launchpad My Inbox (CA_FIORI_INBOX) Tile does not displaying

Hi Experts,

We are configuring My Inbox approval app to display on Fiori Launchpad, but it does not working.

My Inbox Tile cannot be loaded to Fiori Launchpad.

When we try to load Tile Catalog, it takes several minutes running and does not show anything.

We already tried to apply several troubleshooting steps and it does not working.

We are running Fiori on the latest component versions.

We assigned several Roles for user that we are using for Testing.

Could anyone please help us to figure out what is happening and how to solve this issue ?

Hi Regis,

You have posted same discussion .

I'm not sure this is related with your issue but take a look at.

Fiori runtime error $select $filter value is cut off on SAP_GWFND SP13.

Hi Masa,

I performed all activities that have been proposed by you and Abdul, and after that I could add the tile.

Now I will create scenario to filter the especific task ID.

Hi Regis,

I have seen some authorizations missing at front end of object type IWSG. Please give all authorizations of type IWSG and check.

Remove all authorizations of type IWSV, it is related to back end.

After assigning IWSG object type authorizations, run the t-code /IWFND/CACHE_CLEANUP to clear the front end cache and clear the browser cache and cookies too.

If issue still not resolved, please share the front end error log.

Hi Abdul,

I removed all authorizations of type IWSV, now my role have only the IWSG services listed bellow.

I checked the other IWSG services, but I don't know what other services I should add. My environment have only services listed bellow.

I don't have any error in front end log (/IWFND/ERROR_LOG Tcode), or when I open fiori launchpad .

Hi Regis,

Please share the Chrome debugger screenshot (press key F12), so that it will be easy to identify the root cause.

Check all necessary default authorizations are assigned or not.

I'm working with Regis in this issue.

The log of Console are attached bellow

I checked these authorizations and all are assigned to role ZSAP_UI2_ADMIN_700 and this role are assigned to use

There are other verifications to do?

Hi Luciano,

Check the Authorization objects S_DEVELOP,S_PB_CHIP and /UI2/CHIP are assigned for the logged in user.

If not solved Execute the task SAP_FIORI_LAUNCHPAD_INIT_SETUP from STC01 t-code.

If issue still exists, share the front end error log.

Hi Abdul,

I have this authorizations in ZSAP_UI2_USER_700 role, this role are assigned to user.

After check authorization I execute task, but error has not been solved. The only thing that has changed is that the login screen now presents the browser default login window and log off not working.

I don't have any error in front end log (/IWFND/ERROR_LOG Tcode), or when I open fiori launchpad .

I try execute SAP: Cross - Transaction Apps in SAP Menu, but I receive the error message "Catalog with ID:X-SAP-UI2-CATALOGPAGE:SAP_FND_TC_T does not exist; first catalog in the list will be loaded".

Hi Regis,

Please double check if you have applied all the SAP Notes mentioned here SAP Fiori - UI Add-on SP14 notes list, SAPUI5 library 1.28.23 for SAP_UI SP14. Also have you assigned the roles SAP_FND_TCR_T and SAP_FND_BCR_MANAGER_T to your user?

Hi Saurabh,

Basis applied the notes, but the error has not been solved.

These roles were already assigned to the user. I copied roles to new Z role, add R3TR IWSG ZTASKPROCESSING_0002 service and generate profile.

Do you have other ideas ?
