It all depends on the how the usage of the current system. If it is completely new system (If you never had a BO system before), I would recommend to go through system sizing.

It all depends on the system usage. i would recommend to split the production deployment at least Web tier and Processing tier+Intelligence tier
2. Is it possible to create 1 Intelligence Tier, 1 Processing Tier, 1 Application Tier? If no..What is the minimum dedicated servers need to be create for Intelligence Tier, Processing Tier, Application Tier?
