Missing Components

As I understand it, installing NetWeaver 7.4 automatically installs the following components, according to this link.

• SAP UI ADD-ON INFRA V1.0 (UI_INFRA)
• SAP UI2 SERVICES V1.0 (UI2_SRVC)
• SAPUI5 CLIENT RT AS ABAP 1.00 (UISAPUI5)
• SAP IW BEP 200 (IW_BEP)
• SAP UI2 FOUNDATION V1.0 (UI2_FND)

The link states

"All required components are included in the SAP NetWeaver 7.4 installation.

Verify that the above-mentioned components are in place."

We have upgraded to Netweaver 7.4. However, they don't show up in SPAM. What am I missing?

We haven't connected the server to SolMan yet. Is that why? Are the add-ons only installed once a stack.xml file has been created?

Hi Susan;

All the UI component will be in SAPUI add on and IW_BEP will be part of SAPGW_FND. Both are present in your system as per the screenshot.

Document is actually not accurate. With NW 7.4, many of the components have been renamed or merged.

As I see from your screenshot, you have the required components for Fiori. (SAP_UI and SAP_GWFND).
