CLM 10 : Cannot create Contract Document template

Hi Gurus

We are implementing CLM 10 SP03

I created docx clauses and sections, I have full authorizations but when I click on "new" under CD Template list query the system displays the workbench instead of the Template creation screen.

What can be wrong? No error message appears.

And how can I check the DOCX generation service is running properly?

Hi Le Radis,

    Can you attach some screenshots..

Please also let us know if you are using the seperate server or using the new DOCX service..

DOCX service runs within the same java app server. They are just API calls and nothing need to be started specifically.. if you have set the system property to use the DOCX service that is all you need to do. There is a blog and a Webcast on SDN if you want to refer to some details..
