Hi Experts,
I am in the middle of the Travel implementation to one of the MNC. Here Travel is being used world wide and I am currently working for US and Europe.
Note: This company does not use SAP Payroll.
Issue:
While creating travel request for future date from UI we are getting a message saying that the "entry in table T549Q is not maintained".
Well, I found that for bi-weekly period parameter 04 the data is not maintained for 2016 so and so dates.
As we are not maintaining any data related to payroll and no integration, then what is the point of maintaining them.
I am basically trying to over come this case with out maintaining any payroll related tables. (Period parameter T549R, Date modifiers T549L........)
kindly provide your suggestions and solutions.
Thank you.
Hi,
Due to HR payroll integration it's required to maintain these entries - there is no other option in this case.

Thanks Monika and Siegfried,
I have this solution in place but this is not a permanent solution. Every every or for future projected years we need to maintain.
I thought like we might have some fix which do not interpret in future.
Well no solution as of now.
Thank you for your time and suggestion.

Hi,
you have to maintain this data! Even you are not using anything related to HR.
Just create payroll periods in T549Q and the it is working.
Best regards,
Sigi
