SAP Cloud For Customer Lead Management -Ability to Log all Customer Touch Points & Cookie Profiling


Hi Guys,

I have few requirements on Lead Management module.

Scenario 1:

I have a requirement to log all the customer touch points including inbound calls, follow-up calls, visits, emails, chats, Facebook, Twitter interactions with a customer. SAP C4C by standard supports to log the activities like Email,Phone calls,Appointments & visits under Activity Object.Likewise do we have the option to log the Chats ,Facebook and Twitter interactions of a Customer.

Scenario 2:

The second scenario is to track customers browser cookies and creating Leads based on this.The Front end used by the business in this case is a Hybris system.Is there any alternative way to achieve this requirement apart from getting minimal data through a web service payload from Hybris or via XML file upload.Did SAP C4C has any pre packaged integration to capture cookies for lead creation.

Kindly share your suggestions on the above requirements.
