How to force service request to read a new multilevel categorization schema version?

Hi,

We have the following scenario:

A service request was created using a certain version of multilevel categorization schema (v1).

Before that document is finished, the multilevel categorization schema is versioned (v2) with three more categories.

New service requests are assigned to new version (v2) properly and from now on it is possible to use new three categories. However that old service request doesn't read a new version, even we clear all categories and fill out them again.

How to force old opened service requests to read a new multilevel categorization schema version?

Hello Andre

I don;t think this is possible to use new version of categorization schema with old transactions.

Or you can try to do this in GUI if possible but i never tried .
