Getting error as Requesting Public Key from Server Public Key Request Failed

Hi Team,

I am getting below error message from ATE when trying to transmit from ATE to agentry SMP server 3.0.

'Requesting Public Key from Server Public Key Request Failed'.

Could anyone suggest me how to resolve the above issue?

The following actions have been taken by me to resolve it but no luck.

1) I have reinstall the certificate multiple times and store in the trusted location.

2) Stop the server and restarted the server again.

Check if your Agentry events.log (<InstallDrive>:\SAP\MobilePlatform3\Server\log\agentry) has the follow error when SMP starts up -

If so follow the steps that Bill mentions in the post below

I followed the steps mentioned by the Bill because I was getting the same error in the server log.

Hi,

Hope this might be related to Network issue.The ATE might not reaching the server because it could not able to read the server keys.Try to access the application by giving full permissions to the server folder to the user where your ATE is installed.

Hope your server is installed in admin user and you are trying to access in the normal user.Please verfiy that you have complete access to the server keys.
