Hi Experts,

I am facing issue in CM01 related to calculation of requirement hours against the planned orders. I enter PIR in weekly format for one month & run mrp with lead time scheduling, it generated four planned orders as per the week. But after this when checking the capacity requirement in CM01 it only displays the requirement hours of the first week planned order or 1st planned orders. I want the requirement to be shown for all the four planned orders in CM01. Can you please help on this issue.

I have maintain the required setting in OPU5 for selection id as 04.Please find the attached images for MD04 & CM01 screenshot.

Please help.

Best Regards.

Hello

Did you run MRP with lead-time scheduling? Make sure that all the planned orders were scheduled and that the tab "lead time scheduling" has been created for all of them. You can try to schedule the orders manually on tab MD12.

Thanks for the reply Caetano,

Yes, I run the MRP with lead time scheduling & after that 4 planned orders generated for the weeks. But system only does the scheduling of first planned order if we check in MD13. For the rest 3 planned orders it doesn't scheduled automatically. And if I do the scheduling manually in MD12 then it allows.

My concern is why system not doing scheduling for the rest 3 planned orders as it does for first order.

Please help.

Hello

Please implement note 2192359 and run MRP again.

Hello,

Check your control key (t-code OP00) to ensure that generate capacity requirements.

Also review again your routing / recipe and finally check your capacity formula.

Hello

I'm quite sure that the issue is caused by a program error, which is corrected by the already mentioned note. Please implement it on your system and check again.
