How to reset user settings

All,

I have a user who uses 2 different databases.  She has the same permissions in both.  Originally she did not have the same permissions in both but we expanded her permissions in the 2nd database to match the first.

We use the default cockpit view.  Now in the second database she can't see all of the same reports using the menu on the left side of the screen.  When she goes to the top menu and looks under modules she can see and use all of the reports but she can't see them through the menu on the left.  We tried applying the original cockpit menu but still have the same issue.

HELP.

Thank you,

Keith

It is form setting.

Close all active windows inside SAP, and hit Ctrl + Shift + S, then u can choose those menus.

Hi Ketih,

It sounds like the Form Settings on the users Main Menu are inconsistent, just like Frank Wang has said.

An example below, you can see I have unchecked the Item Master Data from the Main Menu Form Settings, but I can still access via the Top Menu.

Click on the Main Menu, then choose the Form Settings icon (Circled below in red color) and see if the missing menu items are unchecked.

Kind Regards,
