Dears,

Good Morning,

May anyone please guide me in mapping Termination Date (From date) in HR to "TO" date in Access Request?

Do I have to do anything in BRF+ logic to reflect this too?

Regards,

Faisal

Hi Amit,

Thanks for your reply.

I forgot to mention that request is correctly generated and sent to GRC system. However, I see a problem in dates.

Hi Faisal,

Could you please check below point

1. Open the transaction SMQ1 in ERP Box (HR system), enter the client and * in Queue Name. If you see a Queue by name HR Trigger, then select that Row and press the Activate button.

2. In GRC 10.x, HR Triggers which are generated from ERP Box (HR system) are stored in a qRFC and this Queue is processed time to time and the triggers are then sent to GRC Box.

3. This is designed this way to deal with situation in which GRC Box is down for some reason and HR Triggers are still generated. In this case as soon as GRC Box is up again, the HR Triggers Queue will start processing again.
Note: This Queue activation is only one time job or in case if some dumps occur, then Queue stop processing for some reason.

4. Once the Trigger is generated and received in GRC Box, the Transaction SLG1 in GRC Box will show HR Trigger Logs for Object GRC and Subobject HRTRIGGER. In the logs it will show the HR Data that is modified.
Log will also show if the BRF Plus Rule is not satisfied.

Thanks

Dear Folks,

Any help please?

The HR trigger for termination is taking place properly. However, the "From" (Termination Action Date in HR) does not get mapped to "TO" date of Access Request.
