How to set priority for Incident in EHSM

Hello Experts,

I have a scenario requirement where we need to assign priority to in incident while recording initially. And for high priority incidents there should be one e-mail triggered to certain recipients. I believe in standard we have only that functionality for 'Fatality' cases. However is there any option in standard for prioritizing the incidents or we need to go for field enhancement to add the logic. I understand this to be a pretty fundamental requirement.

    Hi Anand

    There isn't any standard option that can be used to set priority while reporting the incident. You'll need to enhance the functionality based on location, incident groups involved and severity of the incident.
