Approval from E-mail inbox (GMail)

Dear all,

our customer required the possibility to approve sales order/quotes that needs approval, directly from an e-mail notification containing the same functionality of the current system notification. They use Gmail as email inbox.

Please let me know if this can be configured in the current release.

Regards

Rosalia

not directly...you can possibly put in a link to direct to the ticket screen where the user can approve. User cannot directly have approve option in the mail itself

    Best regards,

      Hi Pragya,

for our customers only sales orders and quotes need to be approved.

How it is possible to build the link in the notification? It could be a nice solution.

      Please let me know.

      Regards

      Rosalia

Approval via E-mail including the sales quote form is supported on MS Outlook. I am not familiar with GMail. If certificates can handle the "reply" action, it might work here as well. Still the setup of this construct in MS Outlook was not straight forward, but proven in some other projects.
