SAP License Renewal Procedure

Dear Experts,

We are using SAP from few  years we  have full authorization to download Software patches and notes, now we would like  SAP to check our License and Inform us in advance  how much do we need to pay for whatever things like software etc we are using.

Kindly show me the technical procedure i need to follow as a basis person to renew the license.

Hi Domnic.

Normal any SAP installation in production environment SAP license also installed and License expires on 31/12/9999. Every year you have to check the end user license auditing and yearly support cost based on your agreement between you and SAP Global Support.

I'm glad to see your answer, could you please tell me what i need to do for "Every year you have to check the end user license auditing"  all my systems are connected in SOLMAN, what next do i need to do for Yearly ENDUSER License auditing from BASIS point of view.

Kindly refer the SAP SYSTEM MEASUREMENT GUIDE link, before that you have to contact your local SAP Account manager. they may guide further more based on your agreement.
