Hi,
"Generally" :
Infotype BEGDA ENDDA
0000 Promotion Start Date 31/12/9999
0000 Org.Reassign. date 31/12/9999
0000 Transfer Start date 31/12/9999
0007 Cut over action date 31/12/9999
0008 Go-live date 31/12/9999
0014 Go-live date /after 31/12/9999
0015 Go-live date / after Same as BEGDA
Please refer "Time Constraint Class" for each infotype to have better idea.
For IT 0,7 & 8 every new record will delimit the earlier record.
I had mentioned to start with the new system. IT 14 can be delimited.
Please try with test system, before confirmation.
regards,
Bala.

HI,
Thanks for prompt reply.
For IT 0000
For Example: One of the employee Got promotion on the following dates in my organization (1) 01.01.1990 (2) 01.01.2000 (3) 01.01.2010
If it is the case how should i take the BEGD and ENDDA for uploading promotion action.
For IT 0007 you mention as cut over action date, what it means. Please explain.
Regards
Mohan
Hi,
For Promotion actions, you can delimit earlier actions. Like:
1) 01/01/1990 to 31/12/1999
2) 01/01/2000 to 31/12/2009
3) 01/01/2010 to 31/12/9999
Cut over action means:
We want to go-live for sap in middle of the financial year. But to upload statutory deduction data month-wise for whole financial year. So We will keep one special action called "Cut-over action" - which is from starting date of that financial year to end date.
Example:
A company wants to go-live on 01/10/2011.
Cutover action will be from 01/04/2011 to 31/12/9999 for infotype 7, so that, We could be able to upload master data prior to go-live , from 01/04/2011 through 588b & 588c templates.
regards,
Bala.
