Dear experts,

I want to know How to search potential suppliers when creating RFx.

I do not know exactly how to configure the Content parameters.

Actually a note does the opposite of what I want:

2041611 - Remove the Option of Searching Bidder from ROS When Creating RFx

SRM Version: 71309

Regards,

Hayashi.

Hi Hayashi,

If you have already set up a ROS running, you could simply maintain an external web service for ROS supplier directory with the customizing mentioned in KBA 2041611.

Maybe you could try using the following data as a reference in your system.

When you define the web service for ros directory, pay attention to the two fields below.

Bus.Type of a WebService:  Supplier Directory

Vendor Root Node:    <enter your vendor root node>

Standard Call Structure:

0 http://<domain of your ros system>:port URL

10 /sap/bc/bsp/sap/ros_prescreen/main.do URL

20 sap-client <ROS client>

30 sap-user  <RFC user to ROS>  Fixed Value

40 sap-password <password>      Fixed Value

50 sap-sessioncmd open Fixed Value

60 sap-language sy-langu SAP Field

70 OkCode * Fixed Value

80 Target _top Fixed Value

90 Caller CTLG Fixed Value

100 HOOK_URLeturn URL

Hope this could help you.

Wendy

Thanks very much for your reply, it is helpful.

While I have another question, the url you provided is: /sap/bc/bsp/sap/ros_prescreen/main.do,

it is a BSP page, is there any WDA page instead ?

I tried wda_e_suco_sreg, while it is not functional.

http://domain:8080/sap/bc/webdynpro/sapsrm/wda_suco_powl?sap-client=800

Could you give some suggestions ?

Thanks very much.

Hayashi.

Hi Hayashi,

There is no WDA service for this ROS supplier directory functionality. BSP is used always.

The wda service you tried is used in ROS, i.e. for supplier preselection.

Hope this clarifies your question.
