Hi All,
I have a process flow for appraisal form where Employee ==> appraiser A, Appraiser B ===> Manager. Employee send the form simultaneously to Appraiser A, B. Manager will only access the form when both A, B complete their comments/ratings. Since the form is for A, B to complete without any sequence, how can we check that both A,B have completed the form and send a email to the Manager. Do we need a batch program to check the status or is the status flow functionality is capable of doing the check?
Your advice is very much appreciated.
With extention set 2.00 and higher this is standard possible via status/workflow settings on the template level.
Set for the last part appraiser that he should trigger workflow that informs the manager. The application will figure out when he should send the email.

Maurice

Hi Maurice,
How to define the "last part appraiser", if we have more than 2 part appraiser, which part appraiser will be recognized as "last part appraiser " ?
Is the last part appraiser sort by the order which part appraiser enter into the document, or any other indicator?
thanks a lot for your reply & hope to hear from you.
Best Regards

Hi Audrey,
I think you have answered the question yourself.. You might have to write a Batch program to do the status checks. It wouldn't hurt to open a OSS message & seek SAP's opinion.
