Unable to generate comm. channel in PI with template

Hi all,

There is an error raised by PI while create communication channel with template when C4C integrated with ERP. it says that unable to find associated SLD elements for specified class ( source element: SAP_XIIntegrationDirectory...)

and the PI is 7.1 and all the TPZ contents mentioned in Integration guide are installed in PI.

Does any one knows this error, and how to solve it?

Hello,

I think you have a problem with the registration of your PI components in your sld.

Open the NWA --> Java Applications --> Restart the Application com.sap.xi.directory.

Be careful to do this on a productive System. You will lose all connections to your Integration Bulder.
