Failed to connect to the companies database

Hi

I wrote a vb6 program which is based on the standard SAP dual UI / DI api login. This program will connect to some datasets but not one in particular. The oCompany.getlasterrorcode is 2028. I get the same error number when I try and connect with dtw.

Can anyone give me any help on this pls ?
