Problem with custom theme Portal 7.0 in portal 7.4

Hi all,

I have exported the custom theme of our portal versión 7.0 and after I have imported these in a new portal versión 7.4.

The problem is with some colors are different in the new portal.

Are incompatible the custom theme versión 7.0 in 7.4?

Hi Monica,

check the theme property parameters once again in masthead. There might be some additional parameters added to your custom theme in Netweaver 7.4.

From your picture I understand that still the hex value of the masthead color (affected part) pointing to standard SAP Color code. So check on that once again.

Also try to refresh the theme component in the cluster. you can even try to re-upload the theme file once again  in Netweaver 7.4

Hi Monica,

As per my past experience, your customized themes of EP 7.0 won't be supported by EP 7.4.

So its better to apply new AFP or customize other themes.

Hi Monica,

For what areas is the color different from the older version ?

There are some known issues about the color being different described in notes 1982735 and 2194404.

Have the hex values of the color for such areas in the Theme editor changed ?

the problem is only with the portal masthead area. The rest of areas are displayed correctly..

The hex values are the same in the portal old and new portal.
