** Claims are created via Transaction Code CLM1 and CLM2 and client wants an email to be triggered on submission of the claim to Approver. Please tell if any standard functionality is available for this required process at your earliest convenience. Thanks!!
To add, I have found one BOR BUS7050 for claims. Can I include this BOR and its event in a custom workflow as Activity Step.. ?? Will this help me ?

Actually I tried to create an agent assignment however could not create successfully.
Also, in CLM2 tcode, when we click on 'Send Mail' , the workflow template should get triggered, as per client requirement. I tried to trace the event in SWEL, unfortunately no event for PS was traced.. If you know about the event please share .
Yes BUS7050 is the claims BOR object, so you should use it in your workflows. I think there might be a standard approval workflow, although claims also use user status management and it's easy to use it for workflows.
