** Claims are created via Transaction Code CLM1 and CLM2 and client wants an email to be triggered on submission of the claim to Approver. Please tell if any standard functionality is available for this required process at your earliest convenience. Thanks!!
To add, I have found one BOR BUS7050 for claims. Can I include this BOR and its event in a custom workflow as Activity Step.. ?? Will this help me ?
