How to activate Services for Object (GOS) in MSC2N.

Hi Friends,

I would like to know how can we activate services for Object (GOS) in MSC2N t.code where i can attach the documents and maintain the private note/text.Can we achieve through standard configuration or do we need to any enhancement if please provide the details.
