Old basic dates should be loaded in the new system for Maintenance Orders

Hi All,

I have the requirement in uploading the Old Maintenance order in the new system with the same old basic date and time.

We are migrating the old ECC 6 system orders into S4 System , so while uploading the Old maintenance order system is not taking the Old Basic dates and Basic finish date.

So can any one help in this , so that we can upload all the Maintenance Order exactly mapping with the Old basic dates and Finish dates.

Kindly reply ASAP.

    Hi,

Go to OPU7 change the Adjust dates "Do not adjust basic dates, depent requirements to operation dates"

After this, you should be able to update the basic start and basic finish dates.

I assume you are just talking about cut over orders. In future you want the auto scheduling to work as is .

So in that case you may turn off scheduling convert all Orders , Release the Orders , and as a last step update the Basic start and Finish date .Once you are done with Cutover activities you may enable automatic scheduling in configuration again.
