Insufficient information. You need to elaborate and should describe what changes you made before you attempt a SAVE.

MRS normally does not allow you to assign an individual who is not valid in a certain period. So I believe this is caused after MRS assignment has been generated. Or, the batch job which transfers the resource availability runs after the assignment has already been done. Remove the assignment by using the splits (I assume you are using splits) or whatever method you used for the asignments and rerun MRS for the assignment.

    Checking your other issue ()

    Couple of recommendations:

    1) Check the batch job which are transferring HR availability/Resources into MRS and make sure it is correct

    2) If your schedulers are generating assignments TOO early (ie Weeks, months ago) and if any changes occur in the HR Organization afterwards, this can cause inconsistencies in your data. This is an area which might require some improvements.

And as we do not have enough MRS Relevant issue resolutions in SCN, please always update the threads on the solutions.
