I am facing an error while displaying the existing PR in work inbox of a user (User ID: FIORITECH) on the Fiori Launch Pad. We are using the standard Workflow configurations.

I have checked the following:

1. 1) Version of the SC deployed :UIX01EAP (SP 9).
2. 2) Work Inbox item existing. Please find attached screenshot.
3. 3) In Task Gateway Consumer Type I have maintained all 3 types – TABLET, MOBILE, DESKTOP.
4. 4) Task Type ID maintained - TS00007986
5. 5) Release Strategy Maintained - BUS2009, BUS2105.
6. 6) Scenario is configured as per the SAP documentation.

  I have debugged the provider class (…._GET_ENTITY) and figured out that the workinbox item are returned as 0. Whereas as per the screenshot above we can see that there are work inbox items existing in my inbox.

When I went deeper in this method I found the following issue with the re_inbox.

Hi Anish,

I think you have not completed configuration. double check task ID configuration.
