Configuration of the Planning Tab in Work Orders

In our current configuration the Task List section on the planning tab does not allow adding a task list to a work order. Where in configuration can I change the fields in yellow below to become modifiable?

I have looked all over SPRO and just not seeing it.

You cannot assign a task list from this screen.

Instead, in IW32 use menu path: Extras->Task List Selection
