Stop express message for a task ID- Buss workplace

hi Expert,

I would like to stop pop-up of express message for a user. how can it be done ?

I have a task ID from SWIA and i can clear the work items from here BUT my requirement is to restrict the express message for a specific user.

A failed EDI output (940) is resulting in this and it has nothing to do with this user.

Please advise.

Express messages create a popup, this is actually the only result of marking it as "express".  If this task has nothing to do with this user, why send it to him in the first place? simply send it to the correct user.

yes Ronan, thats what i'm struggling to find- step to remove that bridge which sends this express message to user.

what are the steps to do that ?

i see that there are so many task TS* that are associated when an incoming EDI fails. all i wanted to do is to find that link which decides whom to notify about the failure and unlink it.

Hi,

  you can check following things to find out link

1. check transaction SWDC

2. Check we20  for for the partner profile agent and click on message type and check permitted agent
