Hi,
Production orders created in ECC is respecting the holidays as per the factory calendar, but while updating the production order to APO it’s NOT considering the holidays.
And the Order quantity also gets changed/split in APO, could someone help me to understand the calculation please.
I have verified the resource masterdata and buccket capcity and ran cons check & saved Resouce live cache. And checked Time stream as well, everything looks fine.
Please refer the below screen shot for more details and let us know the best way to overcome this situation.
Thanks for your help in advance.

Hi Ravindra,
Can you look up the Location-Product in the RRP3 view and compare the start date with the Orders in ECC. Were these production orders created in ECC or converted from a Planned Order in APO?

Dear Ravindran,
Kindly check the factory calendar in APO and check if the following days are assigned as holiday or not.
If not, kindly replicate the factory calendar from ECC to APO.
Hope the following link helps:

Hi Ravindran,
Please check if the factory calendar being used in APO is in sync with ECC - You can have a look at below document on how to update factory calendar in APO -
Also running RIMODINI on the work center IM also sometimes helps in sending the updated capacity to APO.
Please check if it helps.

Alok
