SPAM > Installed Product Versions > NetWeaver missing

Hello,

On my new system (ECC6 EHP7 /  NW 7.40),

in SPAM -> Package level -> Tab "Installed Product Versions" : The entry "Netweaver" is missing. The SAP notes 2122939 shows that this entry must be present.

Whereas in the first tab, I find the component SAP_BASIS.

Do you have an idea ?

Hi Ced,

Please check if there is an entry for SAP Netweaver available in the tables PRDVERS, SWFEATURE with the correct version.

If there is entry present then you need not worry, there will not be any issue with system behavior.

If the entry is missing then it has to be checked in system.

Please update accordingly.
