When we are creating a message from ECC, an incident is getting created but the Reported by field is coming as blank. Do you know of any settings that will populate the reported by field.
This is required to send an email to the user creating the message and if the Reported by is blank, then the email cannot be sent.
This is only for the scenario when message is created from ECC.

Hello Salil,
Check if you have maintained BP for reporting user. Furthermore you can also check your partner determination rules.
And it depends on the requirements from the customer if the mail has to be triggered to the reported by partner on ticket creation. Ideally users gets the generated ticket number.
