SAP QM - Assigned Inspection Cataloges

Dear QM gurus,

Im creating a Qualitative MIC in which I m getting a box to enter Assigned Inspection Cataloges.

As Im new qm guy - im stuck at this, not able to get clear data reg the error in SCN.

Please let me know how to proceed further

Mudassar,

First you need to create a Inspectionn plan (QP01) for your Material. Here in the Inspection plan there will be Tasklist having different Operations. After this when you create an Inspection lot (QA01) on that material you will not get that error message you are getting presently, because this material is already having an Inspection plan.

Sir,

I have already created inspection plan for that material with tasklist and updated MICs in it.

But - the created lot is not taking in that Inspection plan.

You need to be sure that you are using the appropriate usage in the inspection plan.

You need to give details of Code Group/selected set you have created using QS51. This discussion might be of use to you to know how selected set is made of.

You should have an entry in the spro settings shown below for Tasklist type Q and Material type HIBE.:

I created a lot.

Error says - No inspection plan has been assigned.

I have created an Insp plan and saved for thr same mat.
