Hi Expert,
We are using Solman 7.1 & SP 10
In Normal Change status is set to be "Imported into production" but the transport is not in Production (or even stage). How can status be "Imported into Production"?
Error
The system could not determine whether the production system has the correction, or at least one transport request was not imported into the production system.
The transaction is incorrect or the status has been reset by the system.
You can try again to complete the import in the transaction by double-clicking the error message in the application log and then resaving the transaction. If the error message still appears, there is a technical problem.
Check the task list and the transport logs. If there was an import error which you have resolved, you can set the import status of the failed transport to "Repaired" in the task list with the "General Function" "Correct Import Errors Manually". You can then continue with your process.
Please the screenshot.

Hi Abhinash
the change of status has to be checked via consistency check
you can change till confirmed or completed without moving any transport in the background ......without these consistency check i have mentioned earlier.
these check make sure the workflow works properly and then allow change of status otherwise they reset to previous status incase of check failed.
please check again the configuration.
i hope this helps you to understand further.
thanks

Hello Abhinash,
Usually report /tmwflow/rep_data_read executed in background which takes care of updating TMWFLOW/TRACK table.
Please manually execute this report and check the status whether three systems are reflected.
Another scenario wuld to check the SAP note 1820635 - How to analyze errors when changing the status of a ChaRM document1
Please read carefully point number 5 in the note.

Abhinash,
Please check the following SAP note:-
1820635 - How to analyze errors when changing the status of a ChaRM document
I believe you are getting error as SOCM_ACTION_LOG009

Hi Abinash,
You need to check the consistency check in ChaRM for status change eventhough errors exists.
SAP Solution Manager Implementation Guide>SAP Solution Manager>Capabilities (Optional)>Change Control Management>Change Request Management Framework
Here check SMMJ with below entreis for ZMMJ or as per ur case.
as you can see the there are CANCEL with reset status entries as per relevant status values so you need to make sure it is maintained in your case.
some more documentation from IMG help for ur reference

The order in which the consistency checks are completed can be specified for each status value. If a consistency check is not fulfilled, the message and reaction of the system can be defined for each transaction type and status value.
You can specify the following message types:
This type of check is only carried out if the status is set in the PPF method HF_CHECK_STATUS. The checks are also carried out implicitly by the system if the status is set in the PPF method HF_SET_STATUS.

This should resolve

Abhinash,
The above mentioned SAP note 1820635 clearly explains on the action and condition during entire Change process.
You need to look into each slide navigation provided in SAP note.
If you observe the suggested settings are intact then please try to implement the following SAP note :-
2175575 - ChaRM: error message improvement for transport errors during Change Document process
Refer this one too 1854177 - ChaRM: Status-dependent import job does not work

Anand
