We use B1 9.0. One of my users cannot see payment methods "Include" checkbox on her Business Partner (customer) screen; therefore cannot link payment methods to BPs. I set his user account to be super user account, but the problem persists. Can someone help me with this issue?

If above SAP note does not solve your issue, then raise ticket to SAP support.
I have checked UI configuration template, there is no option to hide include check box.

Is the issue happening with only single user?
Request you to check Note No. : 1224747 and see if that resolves the issue for you.
