Work items not appearing in NWBC ?

We are using NWBC with ESS/MSS . I have developed a workflow for Travel request approval. Now everything is going fine but workitem is going to user SAP inbox. but they want to see it in NWBC. Please guide me how to redirect the workitem to NWBC without going to SAP Inbox.

I have found that, Need to add roles in NWBC to appeat WI. Is it correct or not. If yes please let me know which roles should be added and how ?

    Hi Jith,

Suggest you search on the terms: NWBC, POWL and Workflow.

This has been discussed before... although I can't see a nice blog by anyone. But definitely a fair few threads such as:

and there will be SAP Library help for the Business Client workflow configuration somewhere.

Btw you shouldn't be concerned that the workflows are showing up in SBWP - the list of workitems is the same regardless of which inbox you use. So you don't need to get them out of the SAP inbox - you just need to configure NWBC workflow POWL list to show the same list of work items... and make sure you can launch them correctly.

There's others on this forum who have been through this before. It should be primarily a configuration exercise.
