Hi All,

I am facing a issue with the PGP Encryption. I have done the File to File scenario. Here we without out encryption we are able to send the data to user. But while encrypting we got below error.

Below error:

Message could not be forwarded to the JCA adapter. Reason: The channel is not set active, cannot process messages at the moment.

my channel is active state only.Below snapshot for your ref.

And I have refreshed cache also. Please suggest your input to resolve this.

Hi Raj,

How did you resolve your problem? I am also having same issue and I suspect that JNDIName parameter is incorrect and I don't know what value should I use for FTP.

Hi Rajendra,

Some times channels will struck, It won't pick or send data...

for this i have created new channel and used same in configuration. Now that is working fine.

Hi,

If you are quite sure that channel is active check cache status in sxi_cache.

other option try copy object of the existing channel and activate the new channel.

Hi,

Go to your channel in integration directory. In the advaced tab see for a check Active. In that your channel will be inactive. Make it active. The save and activate and try again.
