Not getting the "Plus" Symbol in the Hierachy Characteristics

Please find the below screen shots to compare both. In one of them it is one of the hierarchy report where the Plus Symbol is coming in the Hierarchy Characteristics.

Bu tin the other which i tried to create a hierarchy report from query designer I am not getting the plus symbol in the hierarchy characteristics

Please give a solution.

The "+" on the top screen is not linked to the hierarchy. You see it, because there are display attributes added to the display of the infoobject SMAN ID.

To achieve the same in the bottom query, just drag & drop the 4 characteristics (adress, age, phone, name) from the left pane on to your characteristic in the rows
