Multiple Travel Requests Approval

Hi All,

We are implementing the SAP Fiori for one of our customers, Apps are: Approve leave requests and Approve travel requests.

Now i got a requirement from client,i.e  is Multiple travel requests/Leave requests Approve at once from fiori?, since this feature is available in portal.

Is it possible to Approve multiple travel/leave requests at once by selecting them. If possible could you please share how to configure it.

Hi Praveen,

The standard out of the box Approve Leave Requests and Approve Travel Requests apps don't provide mass approval functionality. My Inbox app does support mass approval. You may need to extend the Approve Leave/Travel Requests apps for incorporating mass approval.

Is it possible in App Extension to Approve multiple Travel/Leave requests from fiori. Have you performed/ heard this extendability before.

Hi Praveen,

No, I haven't worked on doing such an extension on the leave and travel approval apps. But performing mass action can be possible by extending these Fiori apps on the UI side by incorporating $batch.
