Error while installing error Acessing Parsel DllC, 0x 80040702

I have recently upgrade my SAP (9.1 PL:-09) before upgrading my client working fine

but after upgrade it show me an error  accessing parse dll.please help me to installation

I have uninstall SAP from my client system

Hi Rahul,

Windows XP will not support 9.0 and 9.1 version. Windows 7 and Windows 8 is required for 9.X versions.

is there any patch to  run this upgrade on XP sp3

or i have to format my system is only option
