How to add a text field to the PM Work Order Header screen

Does anyone know if it is possible to add a field to the PM Work Order Header Data that will allow you to enter a name.  I thought that there was a way to select a text field from the field selection configuration in SPRO to be able to do this.  However, I have not been able to figure it out.  I will need to find an open text field to use and was wondering if it could be placed in the person responsible section as shown in the screen shot below.

Hello Darrin,

There are two things here.

1. You can have the system field Person Responsible at the place of your interest by assigning Partner Determination Procedure to that Order type through tcode OIOM.

I assume you knew this, because these fields come from configuration, these are not Open text as you desired.

2. When you need an open text field here, it is not possible through provisions of available enhancements. Instead you can have Enhancement tab separately as explained in this document and have your Person Responsible open text field in this tab.  In Order Custom fields can exist in Enhancement tab only.
