Report folder in BPC 7.5

In the folder where report and input template are place, I see main folder like LOCAL,COMPANY,ADMIN.

Along with these folders I am trying to add 2 more folder like GROUP1,GROUP2 in addition to above. However there is no option see to add these in BPC 7.5

How to create main folder , under which lot of eexcel files can be placed. Appreciate your inputs.

Hello BPC Lover,

Agree with Akkamahadevi Padashetty .

The Moment when you create a Team, you will find a folder in the Data manager tab.

Different team have different access roles, The respective team people will save the templates in respective folder. So that the other region people can't able to access there data or templates.

Here Team represents a folder in DM tab.

Hi,

Create a team in security and provide access.

We have in security 4 fields.

1. User
2. Team
3. Task profile
4. Member Access Profile

Create new team (for Ex: GROUP1, GROUP2 etc) , then provide access to the Folder.

It will create folder and you can place files.
