SAP C4C: Work Center Service not available on Responsive UI

Hello Experts,

I have encountered a situation where the user is not able to see work center for Service in Responsive UI. Please note that he is already having access to this work center and able to see it in HTML5 mode.

Does this mean that the Responsive UI and the extended mobile App do not support the work center Service?

Please shed some light on this.
